Death At The Disco - A 1970's Themed Murder Mystery (Double Decker Tour Bus)

It's the 1970s and you're invited to Buffalo's hottest disco, Studio 716. Boogie on down and dress up in your best disco threads. The action of the evening starts out with a real bummer! Somebody's killed the disco's owner, Carl 'C Note' Cash. Is the murderer his partner, or the beautiful dance instructor? What about the shady drug dealing Candy Man or the super-sexed DJ Donnie? You interrogate the suspects, collect clues, and eventually solve the murder!

This groovy event starts out at BCC and then you board Buffalo Double Decker Bus Tour's British Double Decker Bus and proceed to RiverWorks and the Hofbrauhaus for stops and drinks. Guests interview the actor suspects at each location. Guests can start arriving at 5:30 PM and the official action begins at 6 PM. Expect to return to Buffalo Comedy Collective no later than 9:00 PM. $35 per person includes the performance and transportation aboard our awesome double decker bus. Drinks may be purchased ala carte at each venue. No food, drinks or coolers are allowed on the bus during the performance.

Itinerary

Doors open at 5:30 PM at Buffalo Comedy Collective at 155 Chandler Street, Buffalo, NY 14207. The show begins promptly at 6:00 PM and we are aboard the bus by 6:10 PM, so don't be late! Our next stop is RiverWorks where we'll stop for a drink (if you wish) and interrogation of the suspects. Back aboard the bus we make another stop at Hofbrauhaus for more fun. We solve the murder mystery aboard the bus on the way home. We are back to BCC by 8:30 PM to 9 PM.

What to bring

Bring your dancing shoes and dress for this 1970's themed event (typically more than half of the guests dress in disco costumes)! A sense of humor is the most important thing to bring to our murder mystery. This is a non-scripted interactive event for adults so expect playful and sometimes rowdy discourse with the actors.

You must be 21 or older to participate because we enter three taverns during the performance. The bus has a roof, but the upper windows are removed. In case of rain we have roll down vinyl windows to protect you, but some rain will get inside so dress appropriately for the forecast.

Food

No food, beverages or coolers are allowed on the bus during the performance. Some light snacks and bar grub are available for purchase before and after the performance at Buffalo Comedy Collective
